Hello! My name is William Wolfgang Owen. I am a tattooer currently at “Gypsy Soul Tattoo and Piercing” in Wilmington, NC. My specialty is geared toward black and grey realism, but love creating art in all styles! I served 6 years in the U.S. Navy where in fell in love with the art of tattooing. After my enlistment, I was honored to become an artist at Gypsy soul where my love of art and tattooing grows every day and I can’t wait for you to become a part of my tattoo journey!

Got there and everyone was super nice!! William did my tattoo and was absolutely amazing! His line work and shading is incredible! Definitely recommend!
